Delete in the app (fastest)

1. 1Open GratisParkering and sign in.
2. 2Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. 3Confirm with your sign-in method (Google, Apple, or email and password).
4. 4The account is deleted immediately.

What happens when the account is deleted

• Deleted straight away: your email address and account, your sign-ins, all your photos (including sign photos), spots and street stretches not yet approved, favorites, push token, your free-month balance, the codes you were given for free months, and internal account notes. Your user ID is removed from the usage statistics. Copies of the photos cached at Cloudflare can be shown for up to a year to anyone with the exact link.
• Kept without any link to you: approved spots (location, address, tags and note) and approved street stretches stay on the map without a photo. Reports and street-parking answers remain as counts with a random code. Purchase events (product, price, time and the store's transaction ID) are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, because the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires it. Earned free months (spot, time and number of days) are kept for 3 years. Free time we gave you is kept without the reason.
• Deleted later: usage statistics after 90 days, technical logs after 90 days, backups after 30 days and the email provider's sending log after 30 days. We ask RevenueCat to delete your subscription data; if that fails, we delete it within 30 days. Apple and Google keep purchase history under their own rules.
